Mike grew up in Ketchikan, Alaska. After graduating from high school, he joined Youth With A Mission, then later earned his Bachelor's degree from Trinity Western University. Mike married Dawn Mooney in 2004. Their first child, Liam Patrick Rauwolf, was born in April of 2009. Mike has interned and ministered at Christ the King Church in Bellingham, WA., as well as a church plant in Old Fairhaven, WA., called Redeemer. Mike was in charge of the worship ministry at Redeemer before he was called to serve at ACC in December 2007. Mike oversees the worship ministry, small groups, and a number of other tasks.

Teresa moved to Anacortes in 1995 with her husband and three girls. Upon their arrival they started attending Anacortes Christian Church, and found a home here. In 2002 Teresa went back to college to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Ministry through Puget Sound Christian College. She currently works on staff at ACC, and also with Anacortes Youth Dynamics, a local outreach to teens. Although their girls are grown and mostly out of the house, Teresa and her husband, Chris, still have a passion for teens and love ministering to them here.
John was married to his wife Gail in 1965. After Graduating from Hope International University with a BS degree in Ministry in 1967, John served as Associate Minister here at ACC for two years, then as senior minister at Cascade Christian Church in Sedro Woolley for two years. In 1972 he did a year of graduate work at Lincoln Christian Seminary in Illinois, after which he spent 19 years as a missionary in Zambia Africa. He returned to the U.S. in 1992 and served on the staff at Crossroads Christian Church in Corona, California before returning to serve at ACC in 1995. Since returning to the States in 1992, John has made six trips to Zambia to continue contact with churches and leaders he worked with in Africa.
